Welcome to the TAS Public Observing Web site!
We would like for the TAS Public Observing Program to
accomplish the following:

To promote the study of Astronomy (and other fields)

To educate the public about Astronomy and issues concerning
Astronomy.

To provide the opportunity for club members to get together
and enjoy our hobby.

We accomplish these goals by:
- Holding regularly scheduled events open to the public (1st Saturday,
2nd Saturday, etc)

Holding private events with local schools and other
organizations.
